This table contains figures on the evolution of the Dutch export value and the contribution of exporters broken down by size, multinationality, industry and export status.
Data available from: 2012, with the exception of the series with distinction by export status. It will be available from 2014.
Status of the figures:
Preliminary figures on international trade may be adjusted on the basis of new or modified source material. As a result, they are for a longer period of time. In the fourth quarter after the reporting year, the provisional figures become final. All years before it has been final.
Amendments as of 22 December 2021:
The figures on ‘Growth exports’ and ‘Contribution to total growth exports’ of the Large Enterprise, Self-employed SMEs (0 to 10 wp), Self-employed SMEs (10 to 50 wp), Self-employed SMEs (50 to 250 wp) and Foreign multinational companies for the years 2017 and 2018 have been adjusted because they were unduly considered final and the figures on ‘Growth exports’ and ‘Contribution to total growth exports’ by Dutch multinational companies and No multinational companies have been adjusted over the years 2013-2014 and 2016-2018. This is due to a fixed error in the underlying source data.
When are new figures coming?
The new figures appear in the fourth quarter after the reporting year.
