This table provides insight into the extent of construction costs in the different phases of the construction process. The figures refer to buildings with a construction sum of 50 thousand euros or more. In the table, the total construction costs for buildings can be broken down by construction costs per construction phase and by type of construction. Data available from: January 2015. Status of the figures: The figures for the last 12 months are provisional. Municipalities with non-response are estimated. Completed declarations of municipalities over previous periods are included in the figures for the month in which the permit was granted. As a result, figures over the same month may vary over time. 12 months after publication, the provisional figure shall be definitively fixed. Amendments as of 31 October 2022: The figures for the August 2022 reporting month have been added. The figures for the previous 12 months and 4 quarters may have been adjusted. When are new figures coming? The new figures will be published approximately 2 months after the reporting month. The figures for the same reporting month of one year become more than final.
