Dataset description

Crime in Amsterdam has been falling in recent years. But this does not apply to all forms of crime. For example, after years of decline, juvenile delinquency in Amsterdam increased. There is also an increase in digitised crime. The datasets provide insight into registered suspects, registered crimes, high impact crimes and the share of Amsterdammers who have become victims of a crime. For more figures on crime and victimisation, see also the data portal of the police and StatLine, the CBS database
