Crime prevention measures (VMR 2005-2008)

In this table you will find an overview of prevention measures against crime based on the Security Monitor Rijk (VMR). It concerns measures against burglary, bicycle theft, car theft and other measures. This always concerns data on the population aged 15 years or older, unless otherwise stated. The national figures and the figures per police region are included. Due to change in question, research design and/or context, VMR data are not comparable to data from other sources, such as the Integrated Security Monitor (IVM, from 2008 onwards) and previous safety and/or victim surveys. This survey was carried out in the first quarter of the years 2005 to 2008.
