This table was discontinued as of 27-07-2012 and continued as Crimes; settlement by the Public Prosecutor’s Office. See also paragraph 3. The reason for cessation is the introduction of the Standard Classification of Crimes 2010.
This table shows the number of court criminal cases settled by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, broken down by way of settlement and, in the case of policy deposits, by method of execution. In the table, these data can be divided into the following characteristics:
— type of crime;
— type of suspect;
— the suspect’s age category.
The prosecution can also subpoena a suspect. In that case, the case will be referred to the court. Summons are not counted as a settlement by the Public Prosecution Service. The figures in the table are rounded to five.
