This table was discontinued as of 27-07-2012 and continued as Crimes; settlement by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to large municipalities. See also paragraph 3. The reason for cessation is the introduction of the 2010 Standard Classification.
This table shows the number of court criminal cases settled by the Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM) divided into 25 large municipalities and some characteristics of the municipality where the crime took place. The Great Municipalities
have been chosen on the basis of the Grand Urban Policy (GSB). The characteristics consist of the degree of urbanity and the size class of the municipalities.
In the table these data can be further broken down into:
— type of crime;
— method of settlement.
The prosecution can also subpoena a suspect. In that case, the case
submitted to the judge. Summons are not made as a settlement by
the D.A. counts.
The figures in the table are rounded to five.
