This table was discontinued as of 27-07-2012 and continued as Crimes; penalties and measures imposed. See also paragraph 3. The reason for cessation is the introduction of the Standard Classification of Crimes 2010. This table gives an overview of the number of penalties imposed by the court of first instance. The number of penalties is divided by the type of penalty and some characteristics thereof, such as the amount of a fine and the duration of a custodial sentence. In the table, these data can be divided into the following characteristics: — type of crime; — type of suspect; — the suspect’s age category. The figures in the table are rounded to five.
