Cultural-historical values

Cultural historical values are about traces, objects, patterns and structures that are visible or not visible part of our living environment and give an image of a historical situation or development. In many cases, these cultural historical values determine the identity of a place or area. They contribute to an attractive residential environment and business climate and offer starting points for future developments. It is therefore important to include these cultural historical values in the planning process and to take into account the decision-making process regarding the layout of an area (e.g. through a zoning plan, urban planning or redevelopment plan for the public space).
