Reasonably high value: — building structure (house plots, grubbing lines, road and plot locks, if any bridges) is intact; — the historical buildings are significantly less cool than in the above categories; — new construction has appeared in co-departments, mainly to replace the existing buildings. The cores where the building structure is no longer sufficiently intact (the perceleration and grubbing line have been damaged, locks are muted, bridges demolished, new construction between and behind the original construction disrupts the relationship with the hinterland) have not been appreciated. Criteria used in this valuation are coolness, rarity and coherence between buildings, as well as between buildings and surroundings or hinterland.
