Deaths registered weekly, by sex and age

This table contains provisional data on the number of deaths among the population of the Netherlands. The data can be broken down by gender and age group. Data available from: 1995 Status of the figures: The figures for the years 1995 to 2021 inclusive are final. The figures for 2022 are provisional. These figures may change with each renewal of the publication due to the fact that death registrations received later are still included. As this method is different from the method used for monthly mortality figures, minor discrepancies may occur. Changes as of 5 August 2022: Provisional figures of week 29 and 30 of 2022 have been added. The provisional figures of week 30 of 2022 are estimated. This estimate is based on the number of death reports that CBS has received so far for week 30. When will new figures be published? Every week, provisional figures about the previous week are included in this publication.
