Dataset description

The generalised File Districts and Neighborhoods contains generalised geometry of all municipalities, neighbourhoods and neighbourhoods in the Netherlands with a number of key statistical figures as an attribute. The boundaries of neighbourhoods and neighbourhoods are largely based on what the municipalities pass on to the CBS. The municipal border comes from the TOP borders file of the Kadaster. This third version is the most comprehensive version and contains all key figures from 2008. A non-generalised version is also available via the Kadaster for a fee.
