Regional accounts shall provide a quantitative description of the economic process of regions within a country consistent with the national accounts. As components of the economic process, production, income distribution, spending and financing are distinguished in the national accounts.However, the regional accounts focus on the description of the production processes in the various regions. This table contains annual data on the production components of gross domestic product. It is common practice in the regional accounts to approach gross domestic product from two points of view, from production and from income. The volume of development of gross domestic product is the measure of a country’s economic growth. Data available from: 1996 Frequency: Twice a year. Status of the figures: The years 1996 to 2019 are final, the years 2020 and 2021 are provisional. Changes as of 26 April 2022: The 2021 flash estimate has been added. When are new figures coming? The final reporting year 2020 and the 2021 provisional reporting year will be available in October 2022.
