* **description:** How many children with an increased risk of educational disadvantage are there per neighbourhood in The Hague? And to what extent is there concentration? The reason for the research is the changing funding from the Netherlands to schools and municipalities in tackling educational disadvantages. As of 1 January 2019, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science will change the way in which awards are determined. To determine the new allocation of funds across schools and municipalities, the Ministry uses a model developed by CBS, which assesses educational opportunities, based on background and environmental characteristics of the child. * **theme:** Education * **source:** Municipality of The Hague.
