The figures can be broken down by industry (SBI 2008) and monthly wages. In addition, breakdowns are possible by gender, age and migration background.
The benchmark for socio-economic variables such as the industry in which people worked is 90 days before emigration. The leveling moment for background characteristics such as age, is the moment of emigration.
These emigration figures may, due to a different methodology, differ from those in other tables on StatLine. More information on this different method can be found in paragraph 4.
