Employers’ demographics, European norm; legal form, SBI2008

This table contains data on corporate demographics according to the European standard and is also supplied to Eurostat in this form. It concerns the population of active companies acting as employers, new employers and discontinued employers and becoming the 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year survivors after the employer, broken down by size class by employees and by economic activity, based on the Standard Business Classification (SBI 2008). The table also contains data on employed persons and workers in the active employer population, established and withdrawn employers. For the survivors, employed persons are reported at the time of employer and on the reporting year. Data available from: 2010 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final for 2010 to 2017. For 2018 and 2019, the figures are provisional. Changes as of 16 September 2022: None, this is a new table. When are new figures coming? The figures for a new reporting year (T-2) will be published in July of current year T.
