Dataset description

This table contains quarterly and annual figures on labour participation in the Netherlands. The population aged 15 to 75 (excluding the institutional population) is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-occupied populations. A breakdown by gender, age and educational level is available for the different classifications. Due to changes in the research design and questionnaire of the EBB, the figures from 2021 onwards are not easily comparable to figures up to 2020. Data available from: 1969 Status of the figures: The figures from 2021 are final. Changes as of 17 May 2022: The 2021 annual figures have been added. When are new figures coming? The new figures appear six weeks after the end of the year.
