Employment participation; youth, 2003-2022

This table contains quarterly and annual figures on the employment rate of young people in the Netherlands. The population aged 15 to 25 (excluding the institutional population) is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-occupied populations. The working population is further classified on the basis of the employment position and the average working time. For the different classifications, a breakdown by gender, age and whether or not they are in education is available. Due to changes in the research design and questionnaire of the EBB, a revision of the figures for reporting year 2021 was carried out in the first quarter of 2022. The figures from 2021 onwards are not necessarily comparable to those up to 2020. Data available from 2003 to 2022 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final.
