Energy costs; average cost per energy carrier, industry, 1990-2006

This table shows the average costs for industrial companies of energy carriers, excluding the use as a raw material. This concerns: — coal — coke oven coke — heavy fuel oil — Gas oil and light fuel oil — electricity — natural gas The data are derived from the production statistics. Production statistics measure the structure of production, revenues, consumption and costs of companies. This will determine the value added by industry and related data. As part of the costs of the companies, the energy costs are requested. From this, the average cost of the energy carriers is calculated. Data available: From 1990 to 2006. Status of the figures: All figures up to the reporting year 2006 are final. Amendment as of 14 July 2009 None, this table has been discontinued. For more information, see section 3.
