Dataset description

The mill biotope is the area around a historical or monumental mill with a radius of 400 meters from the center of the mill. Land use plans relating to land situated within a mill biotope shall not permit new cultivation or planting unless it is demonstrated in the explanatory memorandum to the zoning plan that the operation of the mill is not restricted by wind trap. The update plan was adopted by Provincial States on 15 December 2021, the date of entry into force is 1 February 2022.
