Export indicator; quarter, industries (SBI 2008)

The export indicator is a mood indicator of industry (SBI 10-33), wholesale (SBI 46) and services sector (SBI 49-96) within Dutch industry, which indicates the direction in which exports of goods and services are expected to develop. When assessing the results, it can be assumed that the more optimistic or pessimistic the entrepreneurs are, the greater the expectation that export development will increase or decrease in the coming months. The industry mainly exports goods from own production, wholesalers are more involved in re-exporting imported products, while the services sector focuses on exports of services. When will there be new figures? The results of the 2nd quarter of 2022 are expected to be published in mid-May 2022.
