* __Description:__ CBS is engaged in collecting the data for Third Party Information (Iv3). This data is provided by provinces, water boards and municipalities. Municipalities must provide information on budget figures and quarterly and annual achievements. This is done by means of a budget statement (once a year) and on a quarterly and annual basis a so-called distribution matrix and a balance sheet statement. In addition, you will find the quarterly and annual overviews of the municipality of Dordrecht, as far as they are available, for the year 2016. The data are available in two variants: the first concerns the ‘ordinary’ classification (Iv3) and a format developed in collaboration with the Open State Foundation.
* __Source:__ service center Drechtsteden (GRD/NDD/SCD/FI/FA)
* __ Purpose registration:__ financial administration
* __Restrictions:__ there are all kinds of form requirements for IV3 files. These are followed in the attached files. However, this does not mean that data from different municipalities are clearly comparable to each other. The way in which costs are awarded e.g. to a cost location can be far from one another.
* ___ Capabilities:__ the files give an insight into the financial administration of the municipality and are made available in the context of providing transparency and accountability. The data is not suitable for legal purposes, to deal with financial disputes, etc.
