This table contains data on the financial risk of homeowners by relating mortgage debt, average housing value and income to each other. Reference date is 1 January of the reporting year. The income relates to the previous reporting year.
The table contains three key figures for the financial risk of own home ownership:
— Mortgage debt/domestic value,
— Mortgage debt/gross @-@ income and
— Mortgage debt/disposable income.
The first ratio is also called Loan-To-Value (LTV), while the other two are known as Loan-to-Income Ratios (LTI).
