Framework Directive Water Surface Water Bodies (flats) (RWS)

Framework Directive Water surface water bodies (flats) Rijkswaterstaat. This stock contains the current surface water bodies under management at Rijkswaterstaat. It deviates through the update to a few areas of the current national stock with the Water Surface Water Bodies Framework Directive, which also includes water bodies of water boards. The national stock is the stock reported to the European Commission in 2016 and is accessed through the Water Information House. The different areas are described in the quality description. The limit also differs from the RWS Water Management Limits Water Quality Act. The desire is to align this two dataset with each other in the near future, but that is still under development. All RWS KRW water body parts are present as flat. Rivers can also be represented as a line. For the representation as lines, reference is made to the Water Bodies Framework Directive (line) Rijkswaterstaat. The attribute information is a combination of the EU reporting specifications and Inspire theme Area of Management with the IHW specifications surface water bodies.
