Freight transport; modes of transport, transport flows from/to the Netherlands 1998-2010

This table gives an overview of the transport of goods within the Netherlands and of transport flows to and from the Netherlands. Figures are presented on the load weight for all modes of transport. Data available from 1998 to 2010. Status of the figures: All figures up to 2009 are final. The 2010 data is provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive. Changes as of 15 June 2015 None, this table has been discontinued. This table is followed up by the table 'Goods transport; modes of transport, transport flows to and from the Netherlands”. See paragraph 3. This table has been discontinued because the figures for road transport have been completely revised. The data on vans is no longer included. As a result of improved observation, better results on road transport by Dutch companies will be available from 2013. The source data from 2010 to 2012 have been re-edited at detail level. The figures for 2009 and older have been adjusted after a trend break analysis. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable.
