This table contains data on the growing area of fruit orchards in the Netherlands. The following fruits are distinguished: apples, pears, stone fruits (plum, sweet cherry, sour cherry), small fruit (bluecurrant, burr, raspberry, redcurrant, wine grape, blackcurrant) and nuts.
This concerns only the growing areas of open land. Fruit growing in greenhouses does not count.
Data available from 1992 to 2016.
Status of the figures:
The figures for the years 1992 to 2015 are final, and the figures for 2016 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be definitive.
