General Depth of IJsselmeergebied 1935

Bottom height model of the IJsselmeer area, consisting of a grid (100 m x 100 m). Bottom depth in centimetres relative to NAP. The model is calculated on the basis of a scan of the map IJsselmeer e.o., depth map produced after measurements of the Zuiderzeewerken Dienst der Zuiderzeewerken. The stamp on the card mentions: Management of the Wieringermeer, Noordoostpolderwerk, Arch archive. D., Form C5, herd book no. 117082. On this map is the Wieringermeer inpolderd and its Noordoostpolder and closing dike registered. The map is therefore probably from about 1935. The scan is geo-referenced according to the National Triangle system based on the coordinate crosses present on the original map. The original analogue map is in the possession of the National Cultural Heritage Office.
