Dataset description
The green structure vision map is a map that belongs to the ‘Actualisation Green Structure Plan 2018’. This policy plan was created by the municipality and is part of the Utrecht Environment Vision.

All areas in the green structure are on this map. We indicate which places in and around the city we want to keep green or improve. If a plan causes green to disappear in the green structure, the city council must first decide on it. When assessing an application for an environmental permit, the municipality checks whether it is in the urban green structure.
The Green Structure Map sets out a vision: not all parts have already been realised, but we consider reservations for the realisation of future urban greenery.
