This file contains data on the added odour burden caused by livestock farms and their translation into health risks, so-called GES scores. The average odour concentration has been shown on grid cells of 100 by 100 meters. The GES scores are based on a certain chance of odour nuisance. An obstacle rate of 5 % means that 5 % of the people who are asked to do so in a nuisance survey indicate that they sometimes or often suffer from odour nuisance.
The classification is as follows:
• GES 0 (Very good) 0 %
• GES 1 (Good) 0 @-@ 5 %
• GES 3a (Good to fairly moderate) 05 @-@ 12 %
• GES 3b (Very moderate to moderate) 12 @-@ 20 %
• GES 4 (Made) 20 @-@ 25 %
• GES 6 (Insufficient) 25 @-@ 39 %
• GES 7 (Very insufficient) > = 39 %
For areas with a residential function, the provincial norm is that above 12 % odour is taxed and in areas with a rural character this applies from 20 %. These are provincial standards in addition, some municipalities also have other odour standards.
