Healthcare accounts; expenditure on healthcare providers, source of funding, 1998-2013

This table provides information on the expenditure to health and welfare providers. These expenditures shall be broken down by type of provider and by source of funding. All activities in the field of health and well-being are taken into account, regardless of whether these activities take place as a principal or as a secondary activity. Data available from 1998 to 2013 Status of the figures: The figures for 2012 and 2013 are further provisional. As this table has been discontinued, these figures are no longer definitive. Figures for 1998 to 2011 are final. Changes as of 21 May 2015: This table has been discontinued. Changes as of 9 December 2014: The figures for 2012 and 2013 have been updated. For all years, several blank cells and zeros have been replaced by a point, allowing for a better interpretation of the table; some zeros have been replaced by empty cells. Cells that constitute a combination of healthcare provider and funding for which no funding is provided for in a scheme, insurance or law are empty. In case of financing not by regulation, insurance or law, such as with own payments, a point can be made if insufficient data is available for a reliable figure. This is corrected in this table.
