Historical Soil File

The Historical Soil File (HBB) is an overview of locations where possible soil contamination is present. The Historical Soil File (HBB) is a combination of the Bio-s file (loot dampings), the Bio-b file (business sites) and the BSB stock (soil remediation in use) and is an overview of locations where soil contamination is present. HBB points in the working area of the Province of Zuid-Holland as competent authority Wbb (see also the map layer Competent Authorities Wbb) are linked to Globis data if an HBB point is not linked to a Wbb/SEB location. No additional information is linked to the points falling within the scope of the DCMR or other competent authorities Wbb. Rotterdam and The Hague were already competent authorities at the time of making the HBB. Therefore, no HBB points are included of these municipalities at all.
