This table provides information on the evolution of the turnover of the restaurants (SBI 55). The turnover can be divided into value, price and volume. The results are expressed in indices based on the year 2000. Also, the trend compared to the same period of the year indicated for it. Data available from: 1993-2008. Status of the figures: All figures are final. Changes as of 28 May 2009: This table was discontinued as of December 2008. The statistical study that the basis of the results in this table has since in January 2009, two major changes were made. — First, the basis for the indices has been shifted from the year 2000 to 2005. — Second, CBS’s Standard Business Classification (SBI) drastically revised.
