* __Huurwoning Corporation:__ Rented properties owned by ‘authorised public housing institutions’. This refers to the number of rental properties that have been determined to be an authorised institution. Authorised institutions: housing association, housing foundation, housing association.
* __Huurwoning particulier:__ A rental property owned by, among others, companies, individuals and institutional investors. Rental properties for which the property could be determined but the owner not, are also included.
* __New house:__ added to the stock by new construction.
__Source:__ Research Centre Drechtsteden
__ Goal:__ provide insight into the construction of the housing stock in the municipality.
__ Opportunities:__ the file is published to give individuals and organisations the opportunity to learn about the composition of the housing stock and the changes that take place within it.
