Dataset description

Raw data Housing needs estimate 2019: population by age. The Zuid-Holland housing need estimate 2019 (WBR2019) is intended as a ‘neutral’ quantitative basis for the provincial housing policy. For each region it has been calculated how many additional homes are needed, for housing new households. WBR2019 is a demographic forecast, where (e.g.) is counted as ‘domestic migration balance zero’ per municipality. Every three years, Zuid-Holland makes a new WBR.
