Housing stock on 31 December; 1947-2011

This table contains the housing stock as at 31 December 1947, broken down by parts of the country, provinces and municipalities. All municipalities are classified in the table in the current province. As a result, the province of Flevoland also has data for the years before 1986. Municipalities that have moved to another province: Noordoostpolder moved from Overijssel to Flevoland on 1 January 1986; Oudewater transferred from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 September 1970; Urk transferred from Overijssel to Flevoland on 1 January 1986; Vianen transferred from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 January 2002; Woerden moved from Zuid-Holland to Utrecht on 1 January 1989. The reason for the cessation is that these figures come from a different source from 2012.
