Dataset description
This table provides data on the type of dwelling stock on 1 January. The table shows the starting position on 1 January. This starting point is further broken down by housing type, total Netherlands, parts of countries, provinces, COROP areas and municipalities.
The data come from the Basic Registration of Adressen and Buildings (BAG). Stock of dwellings includes all residential objects with a residential function at the reference date and status ‘in use (not measured)’, ‘in use’ or ‘out of use’.
Population:
The population is the housing stock according to the BAG on 1 January, as established by the CBS.
Data available from: 2021
Status of the figures:
The figures of 1 January 2021 are definitive.
When will there be new figures?
Figures for 1-1-2022 will be published in summer 2022.
