Dataset description

The file relates to the map IJsselmeer e.o., depth map produced by the Zuiderzeewerk Dienst der Zuiderzeewerken. The stamp on the card mentions: Management of the Wieringermeer, Noordoostpolderwerk, Arch archive. D., Form C5, herd book no. 117082. On this map is the Wieringermeer inpolderd and its Noordoostpolder and closing dike registered. The map is therefore probably from about 1935. The scan is provided with georeference according to the National Triangle System (RD). The original analogue map is in the possession of the National Cultural Heritage Office.
