Indicators Central Innovation District, 2018

For the monitoring of the development of the Central Innovation District (CID) in The Hague and Leidschendam-Voorburg, several indicators have been calculated. The Central Innovation District, roughly the area between and around the stations Holland Spoor, Central Station and Laan van NOI, will be fully developed in the coming years and together with stakeholders into an attractive, versatile and especially internationally competitive innovation district. On behalf of the municipality of The Hague, CBS UDC/The Hague has calculated a number of indicators to monitor the development of the CID. The indicators cover the number of inhabitants and private households, income, education level, number of students and the number of electric cars in the area.
