Statistics Artistic education provides information about institutions that working in the field of artistic training for amateurs in The Netherlands. This is about artistic formation that is outside school association is taught by music schools, creativity centers and combined institutions, which are affiliated to CRR (Association van Centra voor de Kunsten/The art connection (branch association for the arts) education and participation in the arts). This table gives figures about — the number of institutions in the field of artistic education; — the number of pupils and students by type of artistic education; — the number of staff (measured in human years) of the institutions; — the benefits and expenses of the institutions. This data shall be broken down by type of institution, where a distinction is made to music schools, creativity centres and combined institutions, by province and part of the country and by the size class of the municipality (by population) where the institution is located. Data available from: 1993 Status of the figures: The figures for the year 2003 are further provisional, for the years 2005 and 2007 provisionally, the figures for the older years are final. When will the new figures come? Statistics are being revised. This concerns the questionnaire, the determination of the population, the method of data collection and the method of processing and raising. Release date new data not yet known.
