Interim Environment Regulation, Water Management Attention Zone

In this stock, the Water Management Attention Zone is established where restrictions apply to groundwater abstractions. This file is a merging of the stocks from the Water Regulation and the Space Regulation. Within the Water Regulation, a distinction was made in protected areas and areas of attention. Protected areas: almost corresponded to the Brabant NNB nature network, formerly known as EHS): the white spots within the NNB (e.g. roads and buildings) were ‘filled’ in the Water Regulation and also included as a protected area. Areas of Attention: a protection zone of an average of 500 m around wet natural pearls, outside the NNB. In the sea clay area, the zone is less wide.
