Investment climate; aviation network connectivity international comparison

This table gives an overview of the number of continental and intercontinental destinations that can be accessed by passengers from major European airports near cities. The importance of good connections by airplane within and outside Europe increases with the continuing globalisation of the economy. Note: Similar definitions are used to compare the figures presented internationally. The definitions sometimes differ from definitions used by Statistics Netherlands. The figures in this table could differ from Dutch figures presented elsewhere on the website of Statistics Netherlands.
