This table gives an overview of gross fixed capital formations (according to the ownership criterion) in the different regions. The investments can be broken down by the different sectors and types of assets in which investments have been made. The regional division can be chosen from the different parts of the country (North, East, West and Southern Netherlands), provinces and (disaggregated) COROP regions.
The figures come from the regional accounts, the quantitative description of the economic process of the different regions within a country. Regional investment figures are in line with the national accounts totals. It concerns investments in fixed assets from production and imports, i.e. excluding sales of fixed assets from production and imports.
