Dataset description

This table shows how many jobs are filled by employees and the distance travelled by the employee. The distance used is the average sky-wide distance between the centres of the municipality of residence and the working municipality of the average worker. The figures refer to the whole month of December. These data are detailed by residential and working region. Data available from 2006 to 2014. Status of the figures: The data is final. Changes as of 28 July 2017: None, the table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable. This table is followed by ‘Jobs of workers by residential and working regions’, see paragraph 3.
