Key figures of municipal budgets, levies per municipality

This table deals with the budgeted proceeds of part of the municipal levies in thousands of euros and euros per inhabitant. The levies are similar in time from the 2005 reporting year. The figures presented contain only data corresponding to the definitions and classifications used by the municipalities themselves in their administration, as laid down in the Decree on Budget and Responsibility Provinces and Municipalities (GDP). The calculation of the levies in euros per capita shall be based on provisional population numbers. Data available from: 2005 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final at first provisional and at the second publication one year later. If changes occur, this is due to the availability of new or updated data. Changes as of 3 February 2022: Provisional figures for 2022 are included. The figures for 2021 are final. When will there be new figures? The new provisional figures shall be entered in January/February of the financial year, and final figures shall be entered in January/February following the financial year. The figures may be adjusted on the basis of the availability of new or updated source material. In general, the adjustments are small. The adjustments will be made when a new year is added to the series.
