Legal services; labour and Finance, 1997-2001

The purpose of the production statistics legal services is to provide information to provide for companies active in the field of legal services in the Netherlands. In particular, attention is paid to to turnover and costs, to employed persons and to activities carried out. Legal services include: law firms, legal consultancy firms, notary offices, bailiffs’ offices, patents, trade marks and modeling agencies, and legal aid foundations. As of 1995, there will be no law and law stores are more observed. For statistics, by means of a written survey on a sample basis data collected from companies with two or more persons employed. Court shops were not included in the investigation. The law firms form both in terms of number of companies and net turnover and employment is the largest group within the legal services.
