This table contains figures on manure production and the amount of nitrogen and phosphate excreted. Manure production is distinguished by type of manure. The types of manure and the mineral excretion are broken down by different types of livestock within the herd. The data for total Netherlands can be further disaggregated by division, province, agricultural area group, concentration area and river basin. Data available from: 1990 Status of the figures: Figures are final at first publication, but new insights into calculation methods may lead to a recalculation of the time series. Changes as of 15 February 2022: Provisional figures on the production of livestock manure in 2021 have been added. Due to new insights into the extent of gaseous nitrogen losses in stables, the figures in the time series may have changed. When will there be new figures? Final figures on manure production are published in the second quarter of 2022 in 2021.
