Living born children; household composition, region

This table provides information on the number of live births among the population of the Netherlands according to the composition of the household that arises after they are born. This involves looking at the newborn child (and not, as with many other demographic tables, from the biological mother). The data in the table can be further broken down by region (regions, provinces, COROP areas and municipalities). The regional totals presented concern aggregations of municipalities. In case of border changes that cross different regional borders, the classification of municipalities is grouped according to the most recent situation. The figures for 2021 and 2022 are added in the third quarter of 2023.
