Dataset description

Overview of sea vegetable cutting areas in the Natura 2000 Oosterschelde area. Annually, the Province issues permits for recreational cutting of sea bead and lamb ear in the designated cutting areas through a lottery system. A licence is valid for one year for a single cutting area during the period of growth of sea vegetables; mid-April to July.
