In 2017, there should be a public-wide supply of digital services. This means that as many things as possible that citizens and businesses do with the government can be handled digitally. In order to get a picture of the state’s digital services, Deloitte conducted a study into the digital maturity of the most widely used products for citizens and businesses in the co-government. In addition, it is determined per organisation and per government product whether it is possible to apply for the product digitally and what the maturity of the (digital) product is. The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK) and Economic Affairs (EZ) commissioned the investigation. In this database, the data collected for the purpose of the report ‘Measurement of Digital Services 2017’. The column ‘observation result’ shall indicate the degree of maturity of the product concerned at the time of the investigation (end of 2014), using the following categories: Not digitally only information (0 %), Digital download (pdf) and printing (33 %), Digital download, fill in and send again (66 %), behind DigiD or eHerkenning (100 %) or not being able to observe Product. The public products ‘Contact Form’ and ‘Public Order Notification’ are subject to a different category classification, namely: Not digitally only information (0 %), Digital download and printing (50 %), Digital download without printing (100 %), Behind DigiD or eRecognition (100 %)
