Dataset description

CBS, in collaboration with Productschap Zuivel, conducts a survey of all dairy factories in the Netherlands. These shall provide information on the quantity of unprocessed milk received and the quantity of products produced from it. Data from holdings which have as their main activity the preparation of ice-cream and melting cheese have not been taken into account. Data available from January 1995 to December 1997. Frequency: stop it.
