This table contains annual data on the build-up of the national receivables balance from gross domestic product. The national debt balance is the difference between the Netherlands’ claims abroad and the debts of the Netherlands to abroad. The national claims balance shows how much the combined economic sectors of the Netherlands can lend or have to raise in terms of current and capital transactions.
The macroeconomic variables in the calculation of the national receivables balance are expressed in actual prices, in millions of euros.
